What Is vap
In this event students came to understand the concept of Practical applications in Civil
Engineering.
In first two days of this Value addition programme, students were taught the basics of the
civil engineering
construction practice, next two days students were given practical exposure on field, last
two days trainer
has allotted the projects to the students.
Trainer Mr. Pratik Jain has given excellent knowledge about the Practical application in
Civil
Engineering and its industrial application. After this, VAP students can estimate their own
building and
analysis the structure according to industrial expectation.

In this event students came to understand the concept of structural Engineering/ Drafting through software like AutoCAD. In first two days of this Value Addition Programme, students were taught the basics of the software, next two days students were allowed to practice the software so that they can have hands on experience on this software, last two days trainer has allotted the projects to the students.
Trainer Mr.Ganesh shinde has given excellent knowledge about the software and its industrial application. After this VAP students can design their own building and draft according to industrial expectation.

In this event students came to understand the importance of ETABS Software in Civil Engineering And also includes the advantages of ETABS software in structural analysis, construction, and design of buildings, it’s 3- Dimensional imaging techniques, the sophisticated design facilities offered by it for a wide range of materials, its various implications in the domain of Architecture and Civil Engineering, associated job prospectus, etc. In first three days of this Value addition programme, students were taught the structure modelling & loading details by using Indian Standards, next two days students were taught analysis & designing part of structure, last days trainer has allotted the projects to the students.
Trainer Mr. Kaustubh Shingte has given excellent knowledge about the ETABS Software in Civil Engineering. After this, VAP students can design their own building and analysis the structure according to Indian standards.
